Hello, I am a business consultant, mentor and coach with over 33 years of experience as a CEO/General Manager in multinational corporations and in my own consulting company, having spent around 12,000 consulting hours supporting companies and their managers.
I act like a doctor who, with my experience and a comprehensive approach, can identify most of the “illnesses” a company may have and get the firm and its managers ‘back on their feet’. My mission is to help managers, business owners and early career professionals become conscious leaders who deliver results with a smile on their and their subordinates’ faces. I gather my experiences and pass them on to clients and managers using consulting and mentoring. I notice poor leadership practices in Poland and I want to help change them. I see gaps in knowledge, but also confusion in how companies should be managed due to the lack of sufficient number of good role models. That is why I have written a book that will enable readers and my potential clients to increase their confidence in making business decisions and engage in deep self-reflection - a critical step for a radical change for better leadership. Within the book, I show proven tools and tips I used in managing Nike, and in working with my clients.

BUSINESS CONSULTANT - TRUST MY EXPERIENCE
In 1991, I introduced the Spanish company Telepizza to the Polish market and managed it for 7 years. Then, I was the first General Director of Nike Poland for 13 years. Thanks to my experience in managing multinational corporations, I learned how to build profitable businesses that have achieved a leadership position in the Polish market. Many of my clients have increased, doubled or multiplied sales, improved margins, rationalised costs, and become major players in their market with radically improved profitability. Eight of my subordinates have become CEOs in well-known companies and seventeen are directors of large departments. My strategic and operational skills have been proven in the business results of the companies I run and have resulted in 20 company and industry awards and partnerships; as a mentor, with the European Commission, PARP and the Business Women Leaders Foundation. Only a negligible number of companies have failed to improve their performance despite working with me. The final implementation of my suggestions is always up to the business owners, and not everyone is ready to accept, sometimes painful feedback and radical changes.

COMPREHENSIVE BUSINESS CONSULTING - THE KEY TO INCREASED PROFITABILITY
Depending on the client's needs, I use a combination of business consultancy, leadership training, team or group coaching and business mentoring for executives at all levels, which resembles Blanchard's situational management, but to solve my clients' complex problems. I don't get attached to one method of support, as using one is usually not enough.
My business model in consulting is based solely on my personal work with clients, which guarantees fast and effective cooperation. I get to know my clients ‘inside out’, as only then can I ‘step into the shoes’ of their executives, while giving an external perspective on the problems of the company in question. When working remotely on a client project, I use online instant messaging, video conferencing and email. I am keen to work with the client and not for the client, which ensures that their employees are ready to work effectively faster once my assistance has ceased. For this reason, I do not step into the role of an interim manager. I help solve my clients' problems in a holistic way, i.e. encompassing all aspects of the company's functioning, which is a rare approach, as specialised advisors in the Polish market usually do not have the holistic experience of managing an entire company.
